Arianna Crispini
Arianna Crispini is an Italian artist born in the medieval town of Spoleto, in Umbria. She studied comics and cinema in Rome, developing a visual language rooted in storytelling and imagery.
After traveling through Latin America, she chose to settle in San Miguel de Allende, where she now dedicates herself fully to painting. Her work has been featured in group exhibitions, as well as in a solo show in Guanajuato.
Through watercolor and oil painting, she explores a dreamlike and symbolic universe where animals and archetypal figures emerge as carriers of emotion, memory, and inner landscapes. Her work blends elements of mysticism, surrealism, and introspection.
Alongside her artistic practice, she offers watercolor and oil painting classes, and creates commissioned works.
